RETURNS POLICY
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
The majority of our products are made to order, including both custom and non custom items. Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or there has been an error from our side.
Please check your order carefully before placing it and again when it arrives. If there is an issue with your item, please email us within 24 hours of delivery at mark@iwantitnow.ae with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If the mistake was made from our side, we will review the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
We are unable to refund or exchange items due to customer spelling mistakes, incorrect names, incorrect dates, incorrect photos supplied, wrong delivery details, unwanted items, duplicate items, unused quantities, leftover items, or change of mind after the order has been placed or delivered.
Non returnable items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error from our side:

Made to order items
Enamel pins
Doormats
Sale items
Enamel Pins
Enamel pins are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error from our side.
Please check the design and quantity carefully before placing your order.
We are unable to accept returns or refunds for unwanted pins, duplicate pins, leftover pins, unused quantities, or change of mind after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm that we have received the item. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Refunds usually take 5 to 10 working days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your card provider or bank, as refunds can take time to be officially processed.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be eligible for a refund. Sale items are not refundable unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error from our side.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the return is due to an error from our side.
Shipping costs are non refundable.
If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund where applicable.
If you are returning an item over 400 AED, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
